Joshua Kossoy

Joshua Kossoy is the Director of the IT Infrastructure Operations Department at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), where he leads a dynamic team in delivery of business-focused IT services. With his unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on expertise, and make-it-happen mindset, Joshua has been instrumental in envisioning and then delivering IT infrastructure solutions that enable and optimize PBGC mission execution. From the design and implementation of modern technologies to the seamless integration of systems, Joshua has consistently delivered innovative solutions that align with the PBGC’s mission and goals.

Winner of the prestigious AFFIRM Leadership in Mobile Computing Technology, Joshua ensures PBGC is not just keeping pace with technological advancements, but also staying ahead of the curve. Much of his recent work has focused on cloud adoption and workload migration. As a Zscaler Zero Trust Certified Architect (ZTCA), Joshua is now focused on leading PBGC through its Zero Trust Architecture journey.
